We test every player
Each player gets feedback on every test, and the results set their own conditioning.

- 505 change of direction
- Vertical jump
- Yo-Yo test
From a single Under 15 side in 2014 to more than 150 players today. Juniors from Under 9, open age ladies and mixed, with indoor training all year.
Every team trains on Monday and Tuesday nights, indoors. Games run across three associations through the week.
No games
Juniors, open age and representative netball, all in pink and blue.

Every session is planned, and so is the fitness work. We test every player and set their running from their own results, never one size for all.

Each player gets feedback on every test, and the results set their own conditioning.
A 10 minute warm up, 15 to 20 minutes of conditioning with ball work, then 30 to 60 minutes of skills and court work, finishing with game play.
Interval running with set work and rest. The distances come from each player's Yo-Yo result, so every fitness level gets the right load.
